A: Pick up the currently printed ribbon and visually observe whether the coating of the ribbon (or understood as a film surface, surface layer) is uniform;
Check whether the end face of the ribbon has notches and burrs, and gently pull the ribbon apart to see if it is easy to break;
Whether it is moist or surface toner shedding (if any, it may be due to the environment or transportation)
In the case of clear printing, the printing temperature is reduced as much as possible;
Adjust the printer pressure to minimize the pressure on the print head under the premise of clear printing;
